New Sprint Marketing Strategy

I pay attention to a lot of commercials, I guess it started happening when I began working at an advertising agency.
I believe it was in 08′ when they started the Dan Hesse commercials which was a good idea especially putting his email in it but then everyone started to hate them because Sprint was still declining in customer satisfaction.
I have Sprint and can’t cancel it for the life of me. Well without paying an ETF which I don’t want to pay and I shouldn’t since they voided their contract by raising fees and even though I have had good contact talking to executive care until I said I want to cancel and now they wont return my emails but that is not what I am talking about in this post.
So anyway I like facts, social networking, web 2.0 sites, etc. and thats what Sprint is doing. They have gotten rid of Dan Hesse and replaced him with non intrusive ads for the “now network” and you don’t even know until the end of the commercial and thats how great advertising works.
