I was reading blogs today and ran across some rather funny viral marketing, I'll call it that a least, for Miller High Life beer.

They are running Super Bowl spots, go figure, with the very funny Windell Middlebrooks. The catch is they are 1 second a peice! What's the reason behind it? Look at the picture. The funny thing is they say they don't need to spend 3 million ($3,000,000) but it looks like they have 24 spots running for a total of 30 seconds (a couple of them are longer than 1 second). So if I am doing my math correctly:

$3,000,000 / 30 * 30 * Number of Horns on a Unicorn + We Say It's Cheaper = Everyone will believe us that we are just like them and don't waste $3,000,000 for 30 seconds of air time just so people will buy our beer, or they will just be to damn wasted to notice.

It makes since to me, thats the only reason I goto Super Bowl parties is just to get wasted. Funny though I ran across this old Miller High Life video that was aired somewhere after last years Super Bowl and they were talking about all the other commercials. Is it sad that I actually remember every single one they were talking about?
